Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
The order must still contain all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as received.
The product must show only normal handling; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return procedure.
The product must be defective upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
The return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return procedure:

Customer’s full name
Customer’s address
We will contact you and provide the return address. Never send the return to the sender’s address; we will provide the correct return address after you contact us.
As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the final goods.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, and a refund cannot be issued until the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Try Eurea) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example via email). The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Estimated Delivery Times
As our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you may inform us in advance of your cancellation.
To ensure a faster return process, please send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless you selected a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and the returned goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
